Flagstones add a natural beauty to
interior and exterior living spaces that customize the environment
and blend with our Northwest surroundings. Stone floors and patios
provide a durable option with low maintenance that make sense long
term in both savings and design goals. The wide range of colors,
textures and shapes lend themselves to both formal and relaxed
settings.
A wide range of flagstones
can be
tumbled and also cut into pattern cuts, benches, steps, bull nose
edges and building stones which provide versatility for building and
landscape projects. They can be used in mortared applications or set
in sand to accent landscape and water features.
Most flagstones conform to
an industry standard grading: ¾ minus and ¾" to 1 ¼"
which cover approximately 75 to 100 sq. ft. per ton and 1 ½"
to 2 ½" which covers approximately 75 to 85 sq. ft.
